REGOLAMENTO

Availability
From February to June and from September onwards we rent weekends or weekly. In July and Augustu only for periods of fifteen days. For information and bookings tel. 0974/932795 or 3200421962 or send an email using the form corola@inwind.it.

Payment and deposit
To book a 30% deposit is necessary. On arrival and collection of keys the following payment must be made;

€ 100 caution to be returned in absence of damage;
Final cleaning costs € 40 reimbursable only if the flats (including kitchens and bathrooms) are perfectly clean.
Entire payement of the agreed sun.

Departures and arrivals
Each flat is available from 15.00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 on the day of departure.

Service includes

Prices include water light and gas.

Parking

1 open air parking place guaranteed in a reserved area, for each flat.

Dogs

Dogs are not allowed, even small pedigrees.
